McFadden’s Merry Baskets of Cheer - We had a total of 18 baskets donated this year. We are incredibly thankful for the generous participation from our local businesses and patrons who made McFadden’s Merry Baskets of Cheer such a success. Your support helped spread joy throughout our community this holiday season. We were able to donate 468 items to the Osborne Food Pantry.
Grinch Breakfast - We had a grinch-tastically fun time at our Grinch Breakfast! The library was buzzing with holiday cheer as we welcomed and served 154 guests throughout the morning. Winners of our giveaway were Wayde Bland and Stella Voeltz. A huge thank-you to our Board of Trustees for their support and help in making this event such a success—we couldn’t have done it without you.
Find it in the Stacks-Looking for a little extra fun during your library visit? Try our new passive program, Find It in the Stacks! Each month, a ticket will be hidden inside a book—find it, bring it to the desk, and you’ll win that month’s prize featuring a local business. Happy hunting, and may the stacks be ever in your favor!
3-5 Grade Programming- In our 3–5 grade programming, students will use the Charlie Cart to bake while exploring different areas of our world. As they cook, they’ll learn about cultures, geography, and traditions from around the globe. It’s a hands-on way to mix learning, creativity, and fun—one recipe at a time!
