April is bringing fresh energy to the library as spring arrives and our shelves, programs, and spaces are buzzing with activity. We’re wrapping up spring events while already looking ahead to Summer Library and all the fun that comes with it. This month also marks my first official year here at the library, and I’m so grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Watch for upcoming announcements, registration details, and ways to get involved. It’s a great time to stop in, see what’s new, and welcome the season with us at the library!
NPL Art Show -The NPL Art Show exhibit has wrapped up, and it was a wonderful display of the incredible talent we have in our area schools. From a variety of styles to unique creative perspectives, thel artists truly impressed everyone who visited. We’re so grateful to all who shared their work and made the exhibit such a success!
Summer Library - We’re excited to kick off Summer Library on May 13th with this year’s theme, Unearth a Story! From preschoolers through 5th grade, there will be sessions designed for every age to dig into great books, fun activities, and hands-on learning. Watch for more details as we get ready for a summer full of stories and discovery!
Find it in the Stacks - Our latest Find It in the Stacks challenge kept patrons searching the shelves and having fun exploring the library. Congratulations to Jerilee Nipe for finding the clue and being our winner this round! Thanks to everyone who joined in the hunt and made it such a great activity. A new ticket is hidden somewhere in the stacks, so keep browsing, exploring, and checking out books. You never know which book might hold the prize next.
