As The Page Turns - September 2018

Welcome Fall – The staff at the library is gearing up for another year of after school programs and preschool programs that will begin the week of September 10th. We already have lots of kids signed up and this is a reminder to sign your child up as soon as you can. Paper enrollment forms are at the library and there is a link to the online form on our webpage and Facebook page.
MAC (Monday After Class)3:15 to 4:15 Grades 3-5
WAC (Wednesday After Class) 2:15 to 3:15 Grades K-2
Story Hour – Friday morning with first 45 minute session at 10:00 and the second 45 minute session at 11:00. Call the library to find out what session your child will be in. Ages 3-5
Sprouts are on the 1st and 3rd Thursday, 5:30-6:00pm. This program is for ages birth to age 3.
Book Sale – The annual library book sale will be on Saturday, September 8th from 8:00 to noon. The staff has been busy getting books on carts. If the carts are not set up outside, they will be set up inside the library.
Book of the Month – The book of the month for September is “The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper.” This book is about a man who discovers his late wife’s charm bracelet. He embarks on a journey to more about his wife and this leads to unexpected self-discoveries. The discussion will be on September 27th at 5:30. Contact the library if you would like a book to read.
