Out of This World Events at OPL

The Osborne Public Library is busy getting ready for fun events in July. Weekly summer library programs may be over but there is still some reading and learning to do and fun to have this summer.

July 4th - Annual Firecracker Run. Registration will begin at 8 at the library with the race beginning at 8:30. This event, for all ages, encourages people to run, walk, or bike with their families. This is also an event where cosmic colors will be thrown on the participants to start their celebration of Independence Day in a colorful way. There is no charge to participate but donations to the library are always welcome. Prizes will be given to the first person across the finish line in the following age catergories: 0-12 years old, 13-20 years old, 21-35 years old, and 36-55 years old and 56+ years old.
